In stock non custom items will ship out within 24 hours of completing the order on business days.
Weekends, national holidays, and high-volume seasons could delay shipping. All custom items shipping times may vary but will be communicated thoroughly upon consultation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. No incorrect address complaints will be honored, and mailing address must be associated with form of payment. All orders are shipped with tracking with USPS and require a signature upon delivery for any order fifty dollars or more. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will gladly accept items for exchange ONLY, if they were received damaged or defective in any way within 48 hours of confirmed delivered item. We will not accept any exchanges of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note : We do not offer any refunds for any reason, exchange only as conditions mentioned. Any order discrepancies MUST be reported and approved for exchange within 48 hours.
